How do you keep yourself going? Everyone
is different. Some prefer to work out with friends some like it solo. I’m one
of those people who prefers to go to gym alone so I can listen to my music and
focus on my workout. The music keeps me going, gives me energy and helps me to
maintain my mental focus. And trust me some of my choice of music could seem
rather strange for some. Who else do you know who likes to workout with Michael
Jackson in their ears? My other choice will be Eminem. But who cares? If it works
for me let it be heavymetal. :)
