SQUAT BABY, SQUAT!


Here! I'm the best example what squats do to your butt! 
I wasn't born with that ass! 
I worked my ass off and shaped it! And you can too! 
No more excuses! No more "I CAN'T" !!!!!!!

  2. i love how your back/spine on first photo looks kinda unhealthy.
    the second, sporty photo is incredible improvement over first one.

    Please do some more photo compilation of butt (before/after).
    There are tons of girls who need this kind of evidence to even touch the weights :(

    You are completely right about most of the girls attitude towards weightlifting. There are a tons of myths going around. I truly wish that girls would understand this more. :)
    I'll definitely prepare more before/after pics in the future.

    I think that I'm doing well. but please advise some exercises because im repeating always the same

    I'll definitely prepare some more post about legs and butt workout in near future. I'm actually planning to make some video on that too. :) So keep watching.
    For now, you could add some dead lifts, lunges, sumo squats and hyperextentions to your workouts. Its good to have variety. :)
